Worst experience and encounter with a very rude bartender. Previously, we’ve had good experiences but tonight in particular, was absolutely terrible. The bartender was extremely rude and condescending to me in front of the entire restaurant. When I addressed his rude behavior, rather than apologizing, he continued to demean me, essentially calling me stupid. About an hour later I called to speak with ownership. The woman I spoke with was very polite and apologized for his behavior, committing to having a “talk” with the employee. However, no consolations were offered other than “I hope you will decide to dine with us again.” Very surprised to see this poor level of service and blatant disrespect to customers in such a nice area.
